Who are we kidding?
Leo, Hank and all of the cats were soon surrounded by other lions, rhinos, zebras, cheetahs, giraffes and a couple of leopards. This was what you call, the 'Council.' Are you surprised? Well, you really shouldn't be. Other animals have to take care of each other. Humans weren't going to do it, obviously and bepaws of that it led to forming the 'Council.'
Meee-ow!
Well, a lot of the 'Council' were the same group of animals who helped save the lions from the canned hunting farm. There was one thing the Mayor noticed though compared to last time there were no elephants.
"Wherez de elephants?" he asked Leo.
Leo looked really sad when he asked this. "Well, that's another problem..."
