Debating

          Mee-ow, what do we know so far?

          Freddie’s mom wasn’t dead!  Thank meowness.

          But she was sleeping so hard that it was just paw-mazing!

          The cats were in awe.  Hank was amazed and his buddies were amazed.  It was incredible.  No one had ever seen a cat sleep so hard before!  The funny thing was that she seemed like she was breathing regularly but for some reason, they couldn’t wake her up.

          The Mayor’s eyes were huge.  “Whatz we gunna do?”

          “Maybe we should try wakin’ her up again,” suggested Fuzzy.

          “Youz surez thatz a goods idea?”  asked Daisy.

          “I’m really tired,” Paws meowed with a big yawn.

          “You can’t go to sleep!”  Tippy meowed.  “There’s no way.”

          “Why not?”  he yawned.  The next thing you know, he was on the ground snoring.  As a matter of fact, all of the little kitties (except Fuzzy) were sleeping soundly. 

          Casey’s head felt like it was going to explode.  “This isn’t good,” he meowed.
