On the Road (Kinda)

          Right when Baby was going to paw in there was a lot of noise and rustling around.  There was also a lot of wind and to top it all off, the earth started shaking.  Holy meows!  It was an earthquake!  A meowing earthquake!

          Everybody jumped on Dave.  (Do you blame them?)  Dave was big enough to carry them and the dude took off like his tail was on fire.  Conveniently, they were back on Captain Jack’s boat and that’s when the shaking stopped.

          Barney was freaking.  “Did you know that was coming???”  he asked Dave.

          Dave looked at him like he was crazy.  “What am I?  A geologist?  I have to go down below.”

          “What are you going to do?”  Captain Jack asked.

          “I’m going to get us moving!”  he growled out.

          After a few minutes, there was a loud noise that sounded like a motor.  The next thing you know the boat was moving.  Captain Jack looked down and meowed out, “Holy meows! He’s using his tail as a motor!”

          The cats went over to look and were shocked Captain Jack was right! The boat was running like it was fixed for real.  It was like something out of a cartoon.  There was no point in really steering either- Dave was traveling with a plan.

          So, now what?

          It was time to sit back and enjoy the ride!
