Hugs For Sammie

 

 

          All 3 sat up and whipped around to find themselves whisker-to-whisker with Paws, Tippy and Hank.  Tippy was so shocked that he was shaking, Hank’s mouth was literally on the ground and Paws, well, Paws was all twitchy and big-eyed.  “Holy meows!!!”  he yowled.  “Sammie!  Sammie!”

          Sammie got up, pawed over and they gave each other a head noogie.  Paws put his paw on Sammie’s back and he looked like he was crying.  Fuzzy and Toni couldn’t believe it.  Who would’ve thought that the big guy would’ve started to cry? The next thing you know, these 2 were giving each other a kitty hug.

          Awwwwwwwwwww…

          Sand-mouth Hank, finally, said, “How is this possible?”

          Sammie stepped back.  “Aren’t you glad to see me, Hank?” 

          The second he said that, Hank stared blubbering.  He gave Sammie his own version of a head noggie which involved  him flipping Sammie on his back and Sammie stretched his paws out like he was hugging Hank.  It was just a paws-itively purr-fect scene!

          This was real….

          Sammie was back…
