Frankie,
who had been watching all of this in silence, now, in effect, blew his
top. “What do you mean they have to stay
here?” he asked. “They don’t have to go anywhere.”
Hank,
who had amazingly strong legs, for being small was stomping like crazy. “I wanna go back home!”
Now
that statement might seem weird. Why
would a hippo really call the mainland home?
Well, Hank got used to the green lawns and apple trees of PA. Go figure huh. Hank had his standards, and he wasn’t putting
up with this notion of that ‘he couldn’t go home.’ As a meow of fact, he stomped up to Harry and
attempted to get in his face. “You wait
until I get big,” he said. “I’ll come
and ram your face.”
Hank! What are you doing dude?????
Harry
looked amused by this whole thing. “I’m just
giving you reality,” he said. “You might
not be able to get back.”
That’s
when Frankie said something shocking, “I’ll take them wherever they want to go.”
(Note: Mom, is taking her older sis, to go and visit
Fiona this weekend for her birthday. We will be back on Monday. In case all of you wonder why Mom likes visiting
Fiona- it’s relaxing. Baseball has
completely ruined itself and going to a zoo is just fun. With that being said, Mom’s sister is
somewhat on the mean side (long story) so she might have a fit and not go but
we’re looking to coming back on Monday.)
We want Hank to get home to... Where in PA? We live in PA but PA is Big! Sounds like Frankie is on top of things.
