Who's Waiting For The Gang Next?

 

          Naturally, the kitties were horrified.  Everyone knew what a hyena was and meee-ow there were plenty of shows on television demonstrating how vicious they were.  Tigger and Mike were even scared and this was, as you know, their first trip off of the island!

          “What in the bloody hell did you do to a hyena?”  asked Tigger angrily.

          “Don’t worry about it,” Frankie answered.

          It didn’t take that long for Fuzzy to figure it out.  “I got it,” she meowed.  “You probably helped another zebra get away from them.”

          That’s when Frankie stopped and turned around to give Fuzzy a strange look.  Nothing against zebras but meee-ow a zebra stare was weird.  “How did you know?”  he asked. 

          “It wasn’t that hard to figure out,” Fuzzy replied.

          Frankie seemed kind of satisfied with that and continued trotting.  Fuzzy took note that it seemed to have gotten greener and there was a huge rush of water.  “Is there a waterfall close by?”  she asked.

          “About five miles away,” he answered. 

          “That’s great!”  Sammie meowed.  “Then we’ll be closer to the herb.”

          “You don’t think we’ll be to late, do you?”  asked Toni.

          “We should be okay,” Frankie announced.  “We haven’t been gone as long as you think.”

          “What’s that rumbling noise around the water?”  Paws asked.

          That’s when Frankie said something kind of shocking.  “We’re in forest elephant territory,” he replied.
