Fuzzy wasn’t kidding.
The elephants did look grumpy.
Grumpy was a little bit of an understatement. Mrs. Elephant literally got into Frankie’s
face. “What are you doing here you
lowdown cheat?”
Cheat? Frankie was a
cheat? What in the meow was up with
this?
“How ya doing Miranda?”
he asked, steadily trying to stay cool.
The kitties were eyeing up the little elephants who were waving their trunks
and looked like they wanted to play.
“Don’t give me that,” Mrs. Elephant said, sounding madder
than ever. “I told you not to come back
here.”
Frankie was sweating at this point and the kitties only
knew this bepaws their fur started getting wet.
“That was 3 years ago,” Frankie said. “Calm down.”
Miranda just stood there huffing and waving her trunk angrily. In the meantime, the little elephants still
looked like they wanted the kitties to come down and play with them. In the meantime, out of nowhere, Toni meowed,
“C’mon, Mrs. Elephant, you have to let us help our friend, Hank!”
