Convincing Barney

          Everyone stared at Barney.  To tell you the truth Leo and Charlie were shocked that they fell on their butts.  Finally, Smokey asked, “Why don’t you want to come?”

          Barney looked at them, amazed, that she even asked.  “I don’t wanna go,” he meowed.

          The cats gave a huge meow that kind of sounded like a wind tunnel.  Smokey couldn’t believe his attitude.  She literally went up to him to get into his face.  “What’s the matter with you?”

          “I’m tired of traveling,” he meowed.  “I wanna chill at home.”

          Leo looked amazingly sad when he meowed that.  “You all have to come,” he said.

          Barney’s whiskers twitched.  “I dunno…”

          In the next ten minutes everybody stated their case about why Barney should come and, as you might have guessed they finally meowed him into it.  Now, the question was, when were they leaving and how exactly would they get there?

          That’s when it got interesting…
