The kitties couldn't get Leo's point of view. What in the meow did that mean? Groups? Who was going to argue with him?
Besides that the cubs were having a good time playing leap frog with the kittens and landing on the Mayor's back. It was just so DAMNED CUTE that you couldn't stand it. Take a second and picture it- then you'll know what I mean.
