Frank, of course, who was followed by Carla. Her eyes were huge. She started getting all excited. How could you tell? Well, she started jumping around which, needless to meow was scaring the hell out of any 'burd' that flew by!
Casey thought this was weird. "How in the meow do you know about this?" he asked.
"All cats know," Frank said in a bossy tone. "All wild cats want it."
The Mayor couldn't believe it. "Why?" he asked. "Whut goodz it gunna do youz?"
That's when Carla calmed down and yelped out, "IT PREVENTS EXTINCTION YOU DOPE!!!"
