Bad News Burd

 

          The burd talked???

          Who in the meow figured the burd could talk?

          Well, there wasn’t time to ask questions.  After the dude hooted out a ‘help,’ he started talking and he was talking FAST.  Apparently, there were a bunch of humans up in the North Pole and they were literally hunting his reindeer pals.  He barely made it out of there and there was no way he was going back.

          The kitties were horrified, disbelieving and downright scared.  Poor Big Eddie’s eyes were as big as saucers.  “They-they were killing Santa’s reindeer??”  asked Tippy.

          The owl started flapping his wings.  That must’ve been his way to say yeah.  Fuzzy couldn’t believe what she was hearing.  “Who was doing this?”

          The owl’s eyes just got bigger and then believe it or not…

          He flew away.
