(Moving away from this for a second,
in case you’re wondering what happened to the little kitty that I was telling
you about that showed up about a week ago.
Mom has seen him a couple of times this past week and the food was gone
last night but she didn’t see the kitty at all today! Mom kept a spare garage open for the kitty
too last night but she doesn’t think he went in there. The only consolation is that there are a lot
of mini caves over the hill and hopefully the kitty is in one of them sleeping
soundly like a hibernating bear. So,
cross our fingers for this kitty.)
And back to the story…
Casey was at Catman and he was going at it full force. The whiskers were twitching so fast that they
looked like they were ready to fall off.
He was drawing a crowd too.
Kitties in every direction had to get a look at this and even Tommy was
jumping up and down excitedly. Smokey
couldn’t believe how much this kitty could jump meeeeeeeeeeee-ow.
Barney was amused by the whole thing
and Baby was sort of confused by the whole thing. Watching Casey was cool for a couple of
minutes but it was actually kind of boring.
“Do you think we should stop him?”
she asked.
Barney looked at her like she was out
of her mind. “Are you nuts?
