Mouthy Paws

          How in the meow was this paws-ible?

          And why would Blackie be gone?

          After the shock set in the kitties (including Fuzzy) raced out of the cave and stared all around the beach.  The water was calm, the sun was warm, there was no paw prints in the sand and Blackie was indeed gone.

          Meeeee-ow why couldn’t this be one of Hank’s exaggerations?

          Paws was getting huffy.  “How could you let her disappear?”  he growled at Hank.

          Hank, who was still very tired, gave Paws one of those mean-hippo looks.  “Don’t get all whiskery with me, KID!”  he yowled.

          “What are you going to do about it, blubberbutt?”

          What was Hank going to do? How about charging at Paws!!!
